Captive Habits is a studio project formed in October 2021 by duo Joe LaGrega (Vocals) and Costas Themistocleous (Music). They pull influence from acts such as Circa Survive, As Tall As Lions, Envy on the Coast, Thrice & Taking Back Sunday.

Today, they have announced their debut release “Dignity” which will be available on all streaming platforms January 6, 2023.
